Accident Reconstruction Video Exhibits

In court or in mediation, make ‘em flinch.

Our Client was driving down a country lane when he was seriously injured by a White Car who drove past a truck waiting at a stop sign, and then continued at speed across the intersection without looking. White Car blamed Our Client claiming he could have seen White Car coming and avoided the accident. We showed what the White Car should have done, waiting behind stopped truck until it was safe. Then we showed White Car’s view as it runs the stop sign and causes the accident. Then we showed Our Client’s Driver’s-Eye View driving down the road with White Car coming out of nowhere without any time available to avoid the accident.

Our Client was a Motorcyclist coming upon a slow moving Bulldozer. After carefully accessing the situation and trying once to pass, Our Client passes to the left when suddenly, without signaling, Bulldozer makes a sharp left turn and injures Our Client. Bulldozer insists that they couldn’t see Motorcyclist. We showed multiple camera views from Bulldozer mirrors and if he’d turned around and looked, all showing Motorcyclist. Then we showed Motorcyclist’s Driver’s-Eye View driving down the road as bulldozer slams into him.

Our Client waited to turn left at a busy corner. The City allowed parking in front of the liquor store on the corner which dangerously blocked the view as Our driver looked to the left and made a left turn. It deceptively looks clear, but parked cars disallow you seeing the approaching vehicles. Either no parking, or signal lights should have been installed. We sued the City.

Our Pedestrian Client was crossing the road when this Car plowed them down as it drove towards the sun. The Car’s windshields were very dirty. We reproduced the same amount of windshield dirt and drove towards Our Pedestrian Client twice: with clean windshields & without. A split-screen showed both views, demonstrating the difference it made. This video proceeded the Split-Screen in the Exhibit, educating the viewer on Driver Responsibility to keep windshields clean because it affects visibility. Then the Split-Screen showed what happened as a result, running the Pedestrian down.

This Car ran over a child in a crosswalk. Our Client, The City, was sued. They said the crosswalk was dangerous because at certain times of the year, the sun was in a position that made it difficult to see. We showed what was available to be seen and how wrong it was to hit the child. We also showed that both the Car could have braked and the Pedestrian could have waited for the Car, both of which would have avoided the collision.

Strategic Video that strengthens your position, reduces your client’s liability, and demonstrates theirs.

Excellent ROI. Exhibits that are worth it.
